Las tarifas (fees) de USCIS son
los costos oficiales que debes pagar para que procesen tus formularios
migratorios. Se publican en el Formulario G-1055 (Fee Schedule), edición
02/01/26, y se ajustan anualmente por inflación (FY 2026). Algunos aumentos
incluyen el Asylum Fee ($102), EOIR-29 ($1,030) y Premium Processing (hasta
$2,965 desde marzo 2026).

Las tarifas son no reembolsables.
·
Si pagas mal o incompleto, rechazan tu solicitud.
·
Muchos permiten fee waiver (exención) con
Form I-912 si ingresos ≤150% de las guías de pobreza, o fee exemption
($0) para categorías específicas (militares, VAWA, asylees, SIJ, etc.).
·
Formas online suelen tener descuento de $50.
·
